RapidView is a supplier of the finest underground camera inspection systems, so when they needed an expansion to their office in Rochester to match that standard, they collaborated with our team here at DJ Construction! Our Design-Build process is one of a kind, as constant communication and exceptional imagination between ourselves and our clients help us reach the desired goal. Multiple design aspects on this project highlight the success of that approach, such as the unique rounded entryway to the office and the feature wall in the lobby. These designs are not only incredibly beautiful, but they also incorporate the importance of what RapidView actually does with drainage pipes!

The existing two-story structure required demolition of the old lobby, but much of the original facility was able to be retained. The 9,471-square-foot build that we completed for them also included additional administrative offices, an expansive new employee breakroom, and even a storm shelter in the basement to ensure the safety of employees in the event of dangerous weather.
