Being a long-time repeat client of DJ Construction, when Maple for more space, they contacted us! Renovation of the sanctuary auditorium for worship. Our team also added a new concrete parking lot behind the building, as well as new tech rooms, multiple conference rooms, and a nursing room for mothers. Many members of Maple City Chapel are also experienced subcontractors for DJ, and were able to provide very capable work during this project.

‘DJ took extra precautions of any preventable disarray as the church was still operational during construction, moving their services into what is now the lobby area. One challenge faced during this project was a cement shortage due to COVID, receiving a certain allotment each day and requiring coordinated planning of our team. A unique feature to highlight is the construction of the stage, it is filled with pea gravel and the concrete slab is then poured on top. This was another successful renovation for Maple City, adding to the long list of projects that we have done for them!
