Kem Krest Addition Completed
ELKHART – November 18, 2014—When a company has grown so successful in its service to other businesses that it runs out of space, the options are either to stop growing or to build more space.
Build more space is exactly what Kem Krest did, given the success it recently has experienced. Last month the company located at 3221 Magnum Drive completed a 25,785 sq. ft. steel warehouse addition to its facility. DJ Construction was the contractor for the project.
“Kem Krest has experienced incredible growth,” said Pete Garber, client representative at DJ. “We built nine new truck docks and added storage space to their facility. The project flowed seamlessly into Kem Krest’s processes and they continued on with the efficient work they already had been doing.”
Kem Krest provides a comprehensive outsourced solution to manage other companies’ service parts, service chemicals, and accessories, specifically to the automotive industry.
Bob Schrock, CEO at DJ Construction, said he has grown to know and appreciate Kem Krest president Amish Shah as the two serve on several community boards.
“Amish personally gives back to the community,” said Schrock. “From Junior Achievement to Boys & Girls Clubs and several other organizations, Amish cares about the people around him. It shows both in his business and in his service.”
