Open House Held at New Northern Lakes Medical Office
SYRACUSE – What was once a before-its-time grocery store building is now a right-on-time medical facility and office space.
The former Arthur’s Fresh Market building located at 107 W. Pickwick Drive is a newly renovated office building. The first tenant is local physician Dr. John Kratzer.
An open house celebration was held Thursday, August 15 and hosted by Great Lakes Capital Development, Kosciusko Community Hospital, and DJ Construction Company on Following a brief ribbon-cutting ceremony, catered refreshments were served, along with entertainment via live remote broadcast by WRSW/WAWC.
Bob Schrock, CEO at DJ Construction, said he is very pleased that the team of his company, Great Lakes Capital Development, and Kosciusko Community Hospital worked together to restore the Arthur’s building “into a facility sure to benefit this community for a long time. This renovation is a big win for everyone involved, especially for the Syracuse community,” he said.
Managing Partner of Great Lakes Capital Ryan Rans is equally pleased to have “forged a long term relationship with Kosciusko Community Hospital and look forward to continuing to meet their growth needs,” he said.
Dr. Kratzer is only one of the tenants at the newly-renovated building. Other office space is available for lease through Great Lakes Capital and can be viewed at the open house.
