DJ, IU Health Complete Warsaw Project
WARSAW – November 20, 2014—IU Health – Goshen Hospital has a strong reputation in its care for cancer patients.
In the past, patients from Warsaw and surrounding areas had to travel the 25 or more miles to receive treatment and other assistance at the hospital, but no longer.
Now, patients have access to the same level of medical attention in Warsaw, thanks to the completion of a new IU Health Goshen Center for Cancer Care clinic located at 2938 Frontage Road.
DJ Construction was the contractor for the project.
The 2,000 sq. ft. clinic was built with the idea that the entire scope of care would be covered at the location, according to Lydell Troyer, vice president of construction operations at DJ Construction.
“We paid close attention to the smallest of details in the project, given its specialized purpose,” said Troyer.
“IU Health – Goshen officials and DJ Construction worked closely together to ensure the clinic was laid out in such a way that makes the best sense for the types of services being offered.
“Everything at the facility is state-of-the-art so people can get the best support available.”
