Doug Wogoman Steps Down as President at DJ Construction

After 10 years as President, Doug Wogoman will step down from his role at DJ Construction in January 2016. Wogoman, who has been with DJ for over 20 years, wishes to pursue other opportunities, and has worked to create a transitional plan that will ensure the future success of DJ.

Jason Pippenger, Vice President of Business Operations, will assume the role of President in January. Pippenger has been with DJ for 14 years, and his dedication and strong leadership capabilities leave DJ well positioned for growth the next 20 plus years. Wogoman will stay to help oversee the initial transition and serve as a resource for Pippenger.

Bob Schrock, CEO, said he is excited for both Wogoman and Pippenger, and Wogoman’s passion and loyalty for DJ will be missed.

“I am so appreciative of Doug, and glad that he will now have the opportunity [to pursue his interests], while there’s still plenty of time and energy left for him to make an impact for another organization, just like he did here at DJ during his 20 years with us,” Schrock said.
