- Development of full project schedule that is updated weekly
- Weekly jobsite meetings to assess the work in progress and plan the work ahead. Accountability of all parties becomes part of this meeting’s priorities
- Evaluating resources – working extra hours or adding additional staff to maintain key completion dates
